Shipping policy

Here at MAO Cosmetics, we try our ultimate best to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. Shipping rates are dependant on the shipping service you desire / order destination, and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Processing time:

We ask all of our customers to allow an additional 1-2 days to process their order, just incase for some reason we aren't able to ship your order on the same day the order was placed. Typically, you can expect for any orders placed before 5pm (GMT) on Monday - Friday to be shipped same day, and before 1pm (GMT) on Saturdays. Any orders placed on Sundays or Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day. Any customers with orders which have a delayed processing time due to any extenuating circumstances will be notified of the delay, and given a new expected delivery time period.

 

Delivery:

All orders are delivered using Royal Mail. Any external damages to your package should be reported to Royal Mail directly. Any damages to the products themselves should be reported to us. We offer both international and domestic delivery (all of which are tracked), with delivery costs varying from £2.99 to £13.99:

Standard Delivery - £2.99 (2 - 3 working days)

Express Delivery - £3.99 (Next Day Delivery - before 5pm Mon - Fri)

 

Europe (excluding the UK)

International Standard Delivery - from £8.99 (3 - 7 working days)

Delays:

Any delays regarding the shipment of your order would be handled by the shipping carrier and not us. Once your order has been shipped, we no longer have control over your parcel. Any complaints should be directed to Royal Mail directly.
